About Dan Futter

Starting with Exxon Chemical, Dan’s career spans 39 years in the materials industry with a heavy focus on leading change and transformation in customer-facing roles. Prior to his current position at Dow, Dan led the commercial organization for Dow Corning, where he pioneered their e-commerce platform and was responsible for the integration of Dow Corning’s commercial activities into Dow/DuPont and the subsequent stand-up of Dow. He currently serves as a senior advisor to McKinsey & Company. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Biochemistry with Biotechnology from the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom and lives in Midland, Michigan.
